Dear Sir; As a former employee of Cargill and a diabetic I was happy to find Truvia on my grocery shelve. I have been useing it for a few weeks now and it is GREAT. No nasty aftertaste. I would like to know if a person can use it in cooking.
Thank you very much.
Sincerely, Madalyn E. Janson

How do i know Truvia is REALLY safe to use? The FDA approved aspertame and sucalose, a manufactured product derived from a natural food (sugar), but I and many other people react badly to those (some people have even died). I use stevia and know how truly safe it is, but, again, how do i REALLY know Truvia, a manufactured product derived from a natural herb (stevia), is safe?
